New Purchase review and my experince with Sales and Fiannce departments. Now to start I am located in NJ while my son is in AZ attending ASU, so this was not a typical walk in showroom experience. I found the car and then told my son to go to dealership and engage with sales team. Once he had a sales associate (Julio) he proceeded then to speaker phone me into conversation with Julio. I immediately informed Julio that I was not here to haggle back and forth and spend the day with dealership as my son needed to be at work in afternoon and drive can take an hour at that time of the day. Julio took my son for quick test drive of the new Elantra. Upon returning they called me back and I asked Julio what the price was and details of the prciing. He explaned each item thoroughly from the add on perspective. When I declined spcific add'l add ons he politely moved on and no addt'l pressure to try and get me to buy. I told him the number I needed and he was able to achieve that , therfore 1 round of negotiating. We then began paperwork which there was a small IT issue. Blake (finance) was able to take my deposit from NJ via my bank debit card to avoid wire fees or credit card fees. All in all I think my son was in and out in 2.5 hours total. From this experience I would say it went very well and they handled the remote processing well. I would recommend!
