Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle but once I went to finance it was a nightmare they added on two protection plans without my knowledge for 795 each surface and dent protection even thoug once I went to finance it was a nightmare they added on two protection plans without my knowledge for 795 each surface and dent protection even though I had told him when we sat down I want no protection plans . I should have read the contract while there my fault. Again I wouldn’t have even known I had this protection if I didn’t read contract at home My salesperson is more concerned about me leaving him a rating of 10 then fixing the problem. He told me he would talk to general manager I said have him call me nothing yet . I was charged for something I did not want and never authorized deceptive practices? By the way why is there an asterisk after each of the 795 charges on the contract? More
