I drove from Albuquerque to Camelback to purchase a used 2019 Volvo XC90 and traded in a meticulously maintained, problem-free Volvo as part of the transaction. I genuinely wanted the XC90 and made the trip believing I was dealing with a reputable dealership. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling misled and extremely disappointed. During the sales process, I verbally raised concerns about the air suspension feeling off with two dealership employees before completing the purchase. After taking delivery, that same concern continued. Almost immediately after leaving the dealership, I also experienced a recurring TPMS warning, which I reported to my salesperson. During my drive back to Albuquerque, I began noticing concerning brake feel as well. In less than 500 miles, I am now dealing with multiple mechanical and safety-related concerns on a vehicle I just purchased. The dealership did tell me that tires had been replaced. What I did not realize until after delivery was that only two tires had been replaced with inexpensive tires of a different brand from the other two on this AWD Volvo. I have also since noticed poor paint touch-up work and defects that were not readily apparent to me during the sales process. These discoveries have seriously undermined my confidence in the dealership's reconditioning and evaluation of the vehicle. The finance experience has also been frustrating. The finance manager told me he would send revised finance documents first thing Sunday, July 5, before leaving for vacation. Despite repeatedly calling Camelback seeking follow-up from the finance department, I received no response and still have not heard back from the finance manager. I understand that I purchased a used vehicle and did not expect perfection. My concern is the pattern and timing of the issues, particularly the suspension concern I raised before completing the sale and the additional mechanical concerns that surfaced almost immediately afterward. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in the vehicle and the transaction. I am asking Camelback management to unwind the sale and accept the XC90 back. I hope senior management chooses to address this professionally and work toward a fair resolution. I will update this review based on how the dealership responds. More
