My car buying experience was great. I accomplished what I set out to do which was buy a car and do so primarily over the phone so I was not subjected to normal dealerships tactics and spending 6 hours at the dealership going back and forth. The salesman (David M.) was fantastic and fought for me not against me. Super professional and attentive to my requests. With everything completed I got a phone call things were approved and ready and upon arrival I was in and out in less than one hour which was great. Highly recommend David and the staff.

It is my one-star review from yesterday, August 4, 2026. I have attempted to correct the prior review but have been unsuccessful. I truly justified in my feelings after so long a relationship to have been dealt with like a big-city dealership. The wife and I went to swallow my pride, pay the $200 for my 2 cents worth, pick up my truck and live with it. I walked into EAG Service department ready to have the lesson over with this "new" dealership. I was asked to wait to speak to EAG management when the Bill McRae Ford walked up to me and made it all fair and square. Like they have a hundred times over the years, for three generations of my family. She made it 100% good today and in the future. It is my opinion that EAG has had a few growing pains since McRae closed/moved, but the level of hometown pride is certainly back. I was treated like I was the most important customer they have (McRae again) and any "issues" were immediately rectified just like it used to be. I never had any issue with Sales; they made it easy for me and are top-notch. Now it is clear to me that Service of old is back and I am sold. They turned me 180 degrees so quick it was impressive. And refreshing in these days and times.

Trey was helpful, and quick to respond, and Destiny did an amazing job explaining all the vehicle features and making sure we actually knew how to use them. We are from south Texas and we were in Mount Pleasant visiting my son . As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond. I offered to pay or sign whatever and they said its all been taken care of. This dealership was a blessing and will see us again when we are in need . THANK YOU ELLIOTT AUTO GROUP SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Very casual and inviting atmosphere. No pressure sales tactics at all! From salesman to finance, there were no surprises in price nor payment expectations. Very first time in financing a vehicle, and I have financed many, that I actually walked out 100% comfortable with the entire process! Very much recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and wants the whole experience to be trouble free and no hassles!!

I have always tried to avoid dealerships because of their reputation but my car had a couple of recalls that needed to be addressed so I went to Platinum Ford. They were FABULOUS and Dorian was great. While it was there I had them change the oil and they rotated the tires and even washed the outside. I had mentioned that I thought my transmission was going out and they said it would be about $199 to diagnose and asked me what was happening. We went on a test drive and naturally it didn't "clunk". We came back and Dorian opened the hood and saw that there was some type of hose that had been disconnected from a previous service from someone in Forney. He reconnected it and made sure it was tight and said he thought that might be the problem and suggested I drive it for a bit and see if it happens again. He could have easily taken my money for a diagnostic. Good news, it has been fine so far and they will have my business for their honesty. If and when the transmission goes out, will definitely go there and will be going there for all my future oil changes and needs.

I am Beyond VERY DISAPPOINTED (this is an Understatement - Cinnstar

I am Beyond VERY DISAPPOINTED (this is an Understatement and being kind) with the Toliver Ford Maintenance department. Particularly with Kayla Farmer. My Background: I am retired after working over 35 years in the Aviation Maintenance Field. I am a FAA Licensed Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. I worked for Major Airlines that are now either part of Delta Airlines or United Airlines. Working for them I was not only a licensed mechanic performing everything from routine overnight maintenance, to major overhaul. I became a Lead Mechanic overseeing a crew of licensed mechanics. I then became an Inspector, inspecting work that was completed by the mechanics. I held an FAA “Inspection Authorization”, and could certify a small aircraft “Airworthy” after maintenance. I owned and operated my own small FBO (Fix Base Operation) for this. Lastly I Held a Private Pilot license and was Instrument rated (this means I could fly in clouds by instruments Only). When my Ford F350 was initially brought into the dealership I was given an initial estimate by Kayla Farmer of under 1000. Then on Feb 18 this was revised upwards to 4100-4200. This forced me to rush down to my bank and get a loan. However the Total Bill that I received was just under 5000!!!!!!! (4997.75) I did speak to another representative who represented themselves as Kayla Farmer’s boss prior to receiving the final bill. I am Not Disputing the Work or Cost. It is what it is. What I am upset about is what I feel is a Boldface LIE by the Service Department with a Bold Face Lie of what the cost was going to run. I can only speculate the reason. I am NOT Recommending this Ford dealer to ANYONE. In fact the opposite. I have told my friends that also have Fords to Stay Away!

He kept us in mind for both options and took great care of our needs. After the sale, he continued to follow up and make certain that we were satisfied. The finance department was also just as helpful! I definitely recommend going to All Star Ford in Kilgore and asking for Justin!
