Bud Gentry is a crook with zero conscience! My 80 yo mother bought a car from him that, he did not disclose, had been wrecked. When I took it for service it sat for 11 months on the lot (waiting for a headlight assembly) I fought with Bud and GM for 4 years over a headlight issue that 3 different mechanics at Genrty's couldn't fix. Took the rig to Nashville, to York Gary last month. After 4 years of fighting, not being able to drive the car and 3 headlights, York Gary called me the very same day with the results of their inspection of the headlight issue... The ground wire was not connected! Gentry's is absolutely incompetent and will never see another dime from me or my family.

Mechanic stated recall work to update airbag had been done airbag light continued to come on, This happened twice. Finally took to another dealer and the repairs had not been done. . Later found out the airbag would not have worked if happen to be in a wreck. Would NOT recommend service department.

He surprised us with his detailed knowledge of inventory that aligned to what my wife was looking for and that sparked her interest. Jim introduced us to Reed James in sales and two days later we closed a deal on a new Silverado High Country. Billy McCutcheon demonstrated the truck's nearly endless features before we drove it off the lot. We are very pleased with the great deal on a new Chevy and a competitive price for a BMW trade. I guess that's what you'd expect from great place full of great people. Wood Motor Company delivered much more than just a vehicle. We will be going back there again.
