They failed to tell us about our gm rewards when we bought the car over a year ago so we were never enrolled in it. They told us we needed 4 new tires that one had a bubble in it and upon getting a 2nd bought the car over a year ago so we were never enrolled in it. They told us we needed 4 new tires that one had a bubble in it and upon getting a 2nd opinion they couldn't find whatever they were talking about. The tires were the ones that were on it when we purchased the car. We were told they were dry rotted. That shouldnt have occurred in just a year so they were obviously bad when we bought the car. Im hust highly disgusted with the dealership as a whole. More
