Went in for a oil change and went home with a brand new car. While I was waiting on my car to get done, I walked around the new car lot and found one I liked. Test drove it and went home with it. Today’s purchase was by far my funnest experience, from the sales managers to the sales reps to even the finance manager. We bought a 2024 Tiguan SEL R Line and it is beyond perfect as previously owning a 2021 R-Line Tiguan Black Edition. Fantastic cars and great quality for the money spent. The service department was very courteous and helpful. I told them my head lights flickered real bad at night and everything I read, said the pcm needed to be flashed or updated. Considering this was very Dangerous at night it would be repaired under warranty. I was charged $105.00 for my pcm to be updated and another $15.75 for shop supplies. Not for sure what shop supplies are used for one computer talking to another. Every where I have read about this problem, customer's were charged from free up to $30. Guess I was just lucky. Needless to say, as long as I don't need an autherized dealer to work on my car, I'll just do it myself or stick to my local small town mechanic.

Super Service! Jim Simmons took the time to explain the features of each car we looked at and answered all our questions. He was so friendly and we didn't feel pressured at all. In the end, we found the right car for us elsewhere, but we had such a great experience with Jim, we just had to recommend this place to others. It's a smaller lot, but good selection of cars and the prices seemed very reasonable.

DO NOT GO THERE! Absolutely horrible! I took my truck in to have the check engine light diagnosed. I was told it would be like $730 just for parts and labor, and that's after they deducted the $195 diagnostic fee. I told them not to fix it, and I would just pick it up. When I was paying for only the diagnostic fee to get my truck back, I noticed that on my bill they were charging a $29.40 fee for "customer pay shop charge for repair order." And, I even had a scheduled appointment. It's like they charged me $29.40 extra just to be seen there. The very next day I decided to drive my truck until it was almost completely out of gas, and I tried using a bottle of Gumout before I filled up with fuel. The check engine light was magically gone when I started my truck, and it's running great.
