I never felt pressured to consider something different or steered toward something I didn’t want. Jennifer assisted with my test drive making sure she answered any questions I had. Vy made sure I was aware of any additional options available without ever making me feel pressured, even taking some time to do numbers together, ensuring comfortable payments. Any time I brought up a concern, they never questioned or dismissed it. Instead, they took the time to check everything out and make sure I was completely satisfied. I really appreciated how customer-focused and attentive they were throughout the entire process. The experience was straightforward, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. The dealership was nice and well maintained, and the receptionist was kind. Vy was professional but wasn’t particularly friendly. I expected to hear more information about the car I was going to purchas receptionist was kind. Vy was professional but wasn’t particularly friendly. I expected to hear more information about the car I was going to purchase but I mostly learned just about the warranties, which are important to learn about, I just expected more. He spoke more about how he had helped other people select their cars than it seemed about the car I purchased. It wasn’t a bad experience but not really a great one. More
