Great to work with, once we got ahold of someone at the service desk. Tried for two weeks off and on via phone call. Call back to our phone call came once per call, not certain each time we called. Walke service desk. Tried for two weeks off and on via phone call. Call back to our phone call came once per call, not certain each time we called. Walked in during business hours and was able to get our service taken care of. Was than happy about taking time off from work to take care of the service. More

Great customer relationship service. The lounge is wonderful and stocked with good choice of coffee and drinks! Hard to rate James as the only contact with him was the text that the car was ready. Didn’t get the name of the service gal that actually took care of us—she was great. The only reason I didn’t give the dealership 5 stars is because we found the automatic windshield wipers weren’t working when we got into a rain shower on our way home. And we weren’t able to get them working. Contacted Vy who told me how to activate them but they still weren’t coming on automatically in the rain showers yesterday. If they turned the automatic feature off when they washed it,it would have been nice if they’d turned it back on. Not sure how I’ll figure out if the problem is fixed before the next rain storm. More
