My mother and I, who know next to nothing about cars, bought a used vehicle with Daniel Ramirez and had a GREAT experience!
Daniel was gentle with my mom, who drives slowly on test drives and wanted to take her time looking at a vehicle. He was positive, knowledgeable, and answered our questions. He treated both of us with respect even though my mom was the one making the purchase. We did not once feel pressured, which is very important to us.
We negotiated the sale with Julie Olson, who was fair, positive, and very respectful. We had a good experience with the finance department as well.
Going into the car buying process, we were wary of slimy sales tactics and dishonest dealerships. We went to Valley Honda for its great reviews and were not disappointed.
I rarely write reviews, but Daniel deserves one! Everyone at Valley Honda was wonderful and we are so thankful for Daniel and this dealership.
