Not new to Chevy or the area but was looking for a place with better service. Appointment was easy to make. I was greeted by name when I drove in. Service was timely. I had a few quotes for other repairs that were very reasonable and much less than the other dealer I worked with. I had interest in a new vehicle and was helped immediately and treated well. I'm buying a truck tomorrow and will be a customer as long as this service keeps up.

Facility is great. Check in good. Service done in a good amount of time. Only drawback was when I scheduled my appointment they said the service I was getting done would take 2 hours to which I almost arranged a ride. I got there and the rep said 20 minutes. Mislead in the beginning which matters.

AND, he passed my "customer service test question! Example: what's an acceptable ratio of satisfied to unsatisfied customers? Answer: zero! It is a trick question, he passed. Nobody else ive delt with over the years have answered correctly. That shows to me his commitment to providing excellent service. I won't go anywhere else. Middleton Ford and Steve Statz are THE best. I'd leave six stars, but it only goes to five. Keep rockin' Middleton Ford!
