I traded my 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport (that I purchased from Kunes Madison) in in December, 2025 for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe. It had just over 55,000mi on it. When I went in for my first oil change in February, 2026 I was told I had a leaking strut in the back. Come to find out, bumper to bumper warranty does NOT include rear suspension!!!! They want $600+ (parts & labor) to fix it!!! Then a couple months later I'm driving down the road and once I hit 55-60mph the front started shaking! I set up for the service people to look at it and they tell me I need a new wheel-bearing, new tires and an alignment. I made an appt to get my wheel-bearing replaced, well when I was in the waiting room for it to get replaced, the service desk lady comes out to tell me that the mechanics can't get the anti-lock braking sensor off the old hub to put on the new hub. I had to pay $140 for a new sensor, all because their mechanics can't get the old one off!!! Then the paper that the service desk printed out that had my tire size and how much they would charge for 4 tires, mount/balance/disposal and alignment, they had the WRONG size on the sheet!!! I went to my appt at Farm & Fleet to have it done, but they told me it's the wrong size!! So now I have to wait until Wednesday, 8/26, to get the new tires on. I will absolutely NEVER buy a vehicle from Kunes again!!! More
