Talked with Tony by phone about a car we saw online. We flew up to buy it, they picked us up at the airport and brought us to the dealership. Paperwork was fast and efficient. We were in and out as fast as possible which was at our request. It was a very pleasant experience unlike the many other times we have purchased cars. Tony was on vacation so Fred stepped in and helped us. He explained the car and did the paperwork. He set up both our phones to sink with the car and set up our Ford accounts to start the car, unlock doors etc. Fred was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. We are very happy with our purchase and with the entire buying process.

What stood out more than anything was how personal the entire experience felt. Everyone seemed to know who I was and made a point to welcome me — literally down to the gentleman washing the car. You just don’t find that level of personal service very often anymore. Julie, my sales professional, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond from the very beginning, including personally picking me up at the airport. She made the entire process incredibly easy, smooth, and enjoyable. Nick in finance was also fantastic. He took the time to clearly explain all of the additional protection packages and options available without making the process feel pressured or rushed. Larry, the General Manager, personally came over to greet me shortly after I arrived and even gave me an AMG hat to celebrate the purchase of my C63 S. The Used Car Sales Manager also made a point to come over and congratulate me and gave me a couple of AMG keychains. Those might seem like small things, but they speak volumes about the culture at this dealership and how they treat their customers. From the moment I arrived until I drove away in my new AMG, I felt like a valued customer rather than just another sale. The attention to detail, professionalism, hospitality, and genuine excitement from the entire team made purchasing this car feel like the special experience it should be. Julie and the entire team have absolutely earned my business going forward. This will be my go-to Mercedes-Benz dealership from here on out, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a truly first-class Mercedes-Benz buying experience. There are a number of people (idiots) that could have gotten that wrong. Jordan didn’t. I bet he rounds his total up at Taco Bell for da kids. Back to Geoff. G-Unit (as 50 Cent calls him) was able to squeeze us in on a Friday. A Fri-day. Literally unheard of. This guy was getting ready for fantasy football drafts and he still was able to do his job. Enrique, Mariah, Chad Kroger featuring Josie Scott all sang songs about Geoffrey (his government name). Hero. Everyone talks about mailmen being the real hero’s of society. Nah ah. I’m glad to report that our tires are wonderful. Round, thick, black, sometimes wet in the right setting. Oh geez. Where was I? Great experience. Thanks Geoff, ma and pa should be proud. USA!
