DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! We recently bought a Ford F-150 from Baker Ford. I would never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here. We drove 3.5 hours to get the Tremor model. We spent a good amount of money on this truck. On the way there to look at it we were informed the parts did not arrive for the head light and front end of the truck was taken apart. We opted to go ahead and look at it knowing we would have to make a second trip 3.5 hours to pick it up a week later once the parts were in and it was put back together. We go back a week later and the headlight had NOT been replaced. It is cracked in numerous places, foggy, and looks terrible. Baker Ford's management has been impossible to work with in trying to get this resolved. We have had the truck a few days and the heated seats are also malfunctioning. I would not recommend purchasing anything here. They will not stand by the agreement. The sales rep has been great through all of this and I feel extremely sorry that he had to go through it. He deserves to work for a much better company with morals for their clients.

I stopped in to look at a pre-owned ford F150 and was greeted by Eric the Finance Mgr. He was very helpful. He was able to explained the finance process and helped me make an informed buying decision. This was my first time at a car dealer where I wasn't pressured into buying a vehicle right now! I made my choice bought mt truck and have a salesman for all my future Ford Purchases!

I brought my F250 super duty pick up in so they could patch a leak in my driver side rear tire. The staff was friendly and I told them that I was towing my 40 foot 5th wheel. They advise that they would fix it right and it would take about 30 minutes. The tech (Jacob) came out and told me that it was a nail hole and it was a simple repair. The next day I hooked up my 5th wheel and headed home. I did not even get to Midland when that tire went flat while driving on the highway. This became dangerous being on the shoulder of the road having to disconnect the 5th wheel from the truck and then changing the same tire that they just fixed. When I got home and went to my Ford dealer where I bought the tire the technician who repaired it advised that the previous repair was done wrong, that Babb Ford (Jacob) just plugged the tire instead of doing it right by putting a patch on the inside of the tire on a superduty that hold heavy loads (as in 5th wheels) Fortunately their wasn’t any damage or injuries and I was in a area were I could safely get on the shoulder to change the tire. I did advise service manager of the issue
