Had a flat tire on ‘20 Ford Escape. I had purchased tires for the Escape from my local Ford dealer so that’s where I went to see if it could be repaired. Sure enough, a piece of metal I had purchased tires for the Escape from my local Ford dealer so that’s where I went to see if it could be repaired. Sure enough, a piece of metal caused the flat. The service quickly took care of the tire by patching the puncture point. The tire was under warranty protection and they got it all taken care of and I was on my way with no charge. Thank you! More

The dealer worked well with the Ford's Friends and Family Program as I had a cam phaser issue. Few little glitches and they also helped me with some extra parts that I requested. Brought my truck in for a recall, I'm driving home and my brights won't stay on among no fog lights and other issues. I'm like that's good i guess they fixed it nope come to find out it won't work in auto only when headlamps are in on position. the worst part is they had it in auto before and after visit so they knew it did not work as it should in auto but deceptively told me it was working. very bad service and ethics More
