We have purchased new cars over the years and this was by far the easiest purchase we have ever made. Emily Rundel made the entire experience very easy and it was a pleasure having her handle everything for us. This is the first time I have not had to go back to the dealership several times and then make an appointment to pick up our vehicle. We traded in our used vehicle and drove home the same evening in our new one. I highly recommend Lafontaine Toyota and Emily Rundel.

LOVE MY NEW (TO ME) CAR! There I was, a father of a 16 year old needing her first car.. I was lucky enough to be assigned to Yehor.. First off, Yehor is great, he was a member of the US Olympic figure skating team, so he had interestingly cool stories (yes, cool was a pun) Anyway.. He showed me an absolutely GORGEOUS Subaru Outback.. it was 9 years old, and had high mileage, but it had obviously been treated extremely well during it's life . It was PERFECT, looks great, drives great..I personally fell in love with it. So now my daughter gets MY car, which is newer and has much less mileage, and I am keeping the Outback.. TRUE LOVE CANT BE DENIED!!!! Thanks to The entire sales and finance team of Victory!

This was my first experience with "any" Toyota dealership, and I cannot express enough, how happy I am. Marcella Milwee is second to none when it comes to customer service and respect! I was so nervous about what to expect since we have never owned a Toyota before. Let me tell you EVERY single person that I came in contact with, were beyond polite and professional. The two different shuttle drivers that I had were both extremely polite and courteous. I have dealt with dealerships in the past many times, and I have to say hands down, today was the best experience ever!
