This place is amazing, best customer service ever and a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Justin is awesome. This dealership as a whole goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. Hello, I wanted to pass on appreciation for Nick in the Parts department because of the extra time and effort he gave to assist me. My driver side mirror was damaged at Mike’s Car Wash on Monday afternoon as I was planning to drive to Maryland for the holiday weekend, during rainy weather. An inconvenience that I just didn’t have time for. Nick researched the part, quickly got it ordered/delivered and even took time to install the part in the parking lot by Wednesday. That’s not something that happens often these days. I was able to regroup and refocus on the reason for the road-trip. I would really like to know how I can acknowledge him to your upper level leadership. Something about people like Nick in the service industry is really rare. I pray divine reciprocity in his life, and he should really be recognized for what he probably believes is just ‘doing his job’. However, he’s going above and beyond and that’s very valuable.

I am going to skip to the chase here. I purchased a ford f150 xlt on 06/28/25 from John hinderer ford. The process to get to this point was hectic but we won’t go there. I was supposed to receive a check for $318 and change for the recent service I had completed at John Hinderer Honda on my trade-in vehicle. The factory keypad code was not in the vehicle like I was told it was. Since 06/28/25 I have tried reaching out to the “manager” and the “financial manager”. They keep telling me they are working on it. Recently, the “manager” screens his calls and has the receptionist send me to the financial manager who never calls me back, never follows up and never follows through. I spoke to him today about why a $65,000 truck comes with lane keep assistant but doesn’t have adaptive cruise control. I asked him how much would adding this cost me. He said he wasn’t sure but he would call me back in a few. Well, its now 11:30pm I’m guessing he won’t be calling me back with answers to any of my concerns. Monday I will be visiting John Hinderer Honda and will be requesting to speak to whomever took over for John. I have never been treated so poorly and will never again buy from any John Hinderer locations. My calls are getting ignored/screened, my voicemails aren’t getting returned, my money hasn’t arrived, my door lock code hasn’t been found and I can’t get an answer on something as simple as how much something costs. DON’T BUY HERE.

It's always comforting to me to visit Buckeye Ford. I've purchased three vehicles from them since the late 1980s and with each experience, my confidence only grows! Whether ordering, purchasing, having service work done, or buying from the parts department, it's all a "two thumbs up" for me! Each employee is well-trained, personable and professional, with that vital extra of friendliness. In addition to the employees, I've never had a Buckeye Ford vehicle that was anything other than fantastic. I'm a truck person, from a 1992 Ford F-350 crew cab diesel dually to a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT to my current 5-star truck, a 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid in velocity blue. Chad Swartzmiller was my salesman and guided me through the ordering process to the bewildering array of technological improvements to trucks since I bought the 1998 Ranger (which was a lot!). His patience and expertise are unmatched! Without exception, every experience I've had with each department at Buckeye Ford has been a blessing!

The service department is, by far, the best I've ever dealt with! I actually live closer to multiple other Ford dealerships, but I chose this one because of the service. The closest Ford dealer to me tried to rip me off on warranty work. My husband called Fuller and they not only handled it correctly and quickly, but they were super professional about the other dealership. They also saved me money on the deductible due to the hassle I'd already dealt with, even though they didn't cause the issue. It's rare to find a mechanic or body shop you can trust. I will always bring my vehicle to them for oil changes, tune ups, and anything else my vehicles need! Last week, I had body work done, and Fuller did an amazing job. My Explorer has not looked better as long as I've owned it, and the service was excellent. They stuck to their time estimate even though I added some extra touch ups, and the cost estimate didn't budge either. The shop manager came out to the garage to confirm I was happy with the work. Also the wonderful gal who checked me out was such a sweetheart. 5 stars!! I'm super picky about customer service and ensuring I get what I pay for, and it's rare that I give such good reviews. But Fuller deserves these praises, and more. I'll always look to them first any time I need my car serviced or to shop for a Ford.

Took truck to get 1st scheduled service done, dealership removed 3rd seat from rear of MY truck, then put MY 3rd seat into owners EB Expedition Demo to sell it that day. I didnt notice until 2 days later, called dealership, salesman stated it didnt come with 3rd seat. Bypassed salesman to talk to General Manager of dealership, went back and forth with Gen Mgr for 10 months. Dealership found very used cloth 3rd seat that was far from a match. Filed lawsuit for new replacement 3rd seat. settled out of court for Dealership to purchased NEW mathching Eddie Bauer tan leather folding 3rd row removable seat that was originally manufactured with my truck anyway. Problem resolved and it took countless calls, threatened litigation, and ONE YEAR OF MY TIME. BLUE OVAL CERTIFIED MY xxx. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE. <br><br>
