These guys worked as a team and provided me with the best experience I’ve had buying a new car. I did not feel pressured at any point in my path to purchase. Rick was patient with me and worked with me for almost four months as I figured out what I wanted to do. 18 yr old Sons 2017 Silverado lost a battle with a deer! So the search was on. Came across a 20 Silverado Trail Boss at Silver Star. Reached out and spoke to Eric. He was very upfront and honest about the truck and shard many details (good and bad). Talked to and treated my son very respectfully! Helped him with financing option . So we made the hour drive . We were met promptly and taken to truck being discussed. It was better in person than described. It’s hard to find a dealership that will treat an 18yr old with this much respect . We will be return customers. Highly recommend working with them.

Bought a 2023 Pacifica there yesterday. Shana our sales person was absolutely great. However my only disappointment was the rear camera is totally blurred out and you can't make anything out at all. Now I have to spend a couple hundred dollars to have it repaired, when it should have been done by them in the first place. You would think they want to make the car right before it goes for sale. In my opinion this is a safety concern.

We leased a new Equinox yesterday. Tom Craig was our consultant. We are seniors and have cell phones but we don't live by them like most everybody of today. I only even have mine on when away from the house, Tom did EVERYTHING for us! He took my phone for awhile and when he came back the new car was all hooked up and connected to whatever needed connecting. And he just kept smiling and assuring us that it was no problem. He was just delightful. This is our second vehicle from Lavery. The folks are all nice, informed, and fun to work with. Now all we have to do is spend some time screen surfing and getting acclimatized to everything! It'll take a beat but we'll get there! I'm sure we took up way too much of his time with our lack of computer skills, but Tom thought nothing of it.

But more importantly the service I receive at this dealership is really unequalled compared to any other dealership I have purhcased a car from before. I know that this is largely a function of exceptional service I have received from Infiniti of Akron. The Service Consultant I use is Ed Kurston. He always goes far beyond the usual 'so so' service we all have learned to accept from service departments. Ed is professional, a great listener and always goes well beyond to help me out and to service my Infiniti. If you ask for him, you will not be disappointed.
