I was told back in January that my water pump was going to need replaced sooner than later. When I had my car in on Monday, they told me it was starting to leak. I approved the work, and they wasted no time getting the parts and getting the repair done in a timely manner. The Team really knows my car and driving habits, so they're always looking out for my safety. It's cheaper to address the problem when it's small instead of letting it get to a bigger, more costly repair/replacement. I trust them with my car.

This was a fantastic dealership to buy a vehicle from. From searching on the Internet to walking in to talk to Jay, who I dealt with over the Internet and ended up buying my Used Truck from. The whole experience was fantastic and I'll return for sure and send people I know to Jay and Bob. I'm an hour away from the dealership and they made me feel that it was so worth the drive. Jay was very easy to deal with and talk to, never rushed anything, we talked a great deal during my buying this truck. I went to pick up the truck the next day and Jay was with a customer and Bob bent over backwards to help me complete the paperwork process, he wasn't at all bothered or rushed taking care of me, this tells me much about the whole dealership and people. Jaysen, the Finance Manager was excellent to deal with, didn't try to force sell anything additional but took the time to explain everything available to me. I've worked at Dealership's for 28 years myself in the past and I haven't seen a team like this one. Kudos to the Owner and Management, you have an excellent Staff!

I have been buying and collecting cars for almost 30 years now and have never experienced such professionalism. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle for our son and answer all questions in a timely manner. He guided us through on how to purchase specific items for the car, which were not included by providing links and taking his own time into researching them for us. He was friendly, respectful and not pushy, as most salesmen are. He updated me daily on new arrivals and in detail went over each cars capabilities insuring the safety of our son. He is top notch. I was there for service on a new truck that was throwing codes. Robert handled everything very well, even though the truck was not fixed the first time I picked it up. I got 5 miles away and it did it again. Eventually, they did work out exactly what the problem was and 100 miles later it’s running great. I’m here from Wilmington, North Carolina, which is about 640 miles away. Wow this Hyundai did interfere with my vacation and added to my stay. Robert did a great job getting me loaner cars and staying in touch on it. Kudos to Robert G!

We're in California and buying a car from another state is always a bit of a headache but Paul and Damien made the process more efficient and easier than any car we've bought locally. Cannot recommend these guys and this dealership enough. Would happily fly to Ohio to buy another car from them in the future. Super responsive and clear communication all the way through including the several days after the purchase while we waited for the transport company to come pickup the vehicle. They made the sure the car was detailed and stored indoors while waiting for the truck. 10/10. You will be very happy you chose this dealer for your purchase.
