Update: Dealership reached out to me to explain the circumstances regarding my service. It was explained satisfactorily and there was a misunderstanding as to the specifics of my situation. This is partially my fault for not making inquiries, but there was a lack of communication. Regardless, I did receive good and appropriate service and am willing to recommend them. I am conflicted, because they got my car working, but I still had to come back to have a very expensive battery cable installed. I was willing to just accept the situation, but I have been harassed with so many emails asking for a review. So here is your warning - they are good, but might try to rip you off if they can get away with it. And you wouldn't know this if they had not wanted a review so badly.

He was honest about the lead time on the extensive repairs that my truck needed, and did everything he could to accommodate us to where we weren't burdened by having the truck fixed. I also want to give credit to the sales department. They took great care of us as well when we bought the truck. I highly recommend purchasing from them..... Aaron Anderson went out of his way for us. We had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, unfortunately we arrived 5 minutes prior to closing, as this dealership is 1 hour from our home. Aaron waited for us, took us for a test drive and we negotiated a purchase price long after the dealership closed for the day. Although we could not agree on a price, Aaron was extremely appreciative and gracious when we left the dealership, without a new vehicle. However, he did contact us the next day and we were then able to negotiate a price. Our vehicle has been outstanding and our contact with Aaron has continued to be wonderful. He is currently working with our daughter to find a pre-owned vehicle. We will always recommend Brother's Chevrolet to friends and family, even though it is quite far away. It is a great hometown dealership with hometown employees who treat you like their friend and neighbor.
