Droped the car at 9 am and waiting for three hour no report came suddenly i saw my car pulling into the garage after three hours. They need to give morr priority and respect the time. Not a good experience. Spent four hours waiting for service only to be told they could not service my car. Could not recreate the problem of my car ignition not shutting of Spent four hours waiting for service only to be told they could not service my car. Could not recreate the problem of my car ignition not shutting off properly when this is known problem with this model and similar vehicles. Clear description of the problem on numerous internet searches including a class action suit. Now forced to go to a different shop to solve the problem. Poor customer service and support. More
