My truck was getting pretty long In the teeth and my rock star mechanic Gavin Fano has been taking care of me for the last 6 years, suggested I go talk to Tyler Kline who found me a great vehicle and an excellent deal on my trade, Louis Polos cleaned and prepped me for the road and Madison Shaw was a real treat in finance, in truth I felt I had a whole team of great individuals that left me with few questions and an easy process! Highly recommend and will continue to be at this dealer and Service center.

If you’re looking for the good guys in the automotive industry, you will find them in Rick, Andy, Mike and Justin at Haasz Automall of Ravenna. These guys worked as a team and provided me with the best experience I’ve had buying a new car. I did not feel pressured at any point in my path to purchase. Rick was patient with me and worked with me for almost four months as I figured out what I wanted to do. 18 yr old Sons 2017 Silverado lost a battle with a deer! So the search was on. Came across a 20 Silverado Trail Boss at Silver Star. Reached out and spoke to Eric. He was very upfront and honest about the truck and shard many details (good and bad). Talked to and treated my son very respectfully! Helped him with financing option . So we made the hour drive . We were met promptly and taken to truck being discussed. It was better in person than described. It’s hard to find a dealership that will treat an 18yr old with this much respect . We will be return customers. Highly recommend working with them.

This has been my second, or maybe third visit since I moved back up to Pittsburgh and required a new service provider. Each visit I have had, has run smoothly and has been very informative. Honestly my favorite part is the service videos you get telling you about your car and their recommendations. This past visit I got the works package and they asked if I wanted to go ahead and do my state inspection and I had to explain I needed that service first so I could make sure I didn’t need any pricier fixes before my state inspection. Thankfully they understood and we continued with my original request and they even answered a question I had about a concern I had about my rotors. All in all, my experience was lovely.
