I had a very good experience here from start to finish and the new GM Sam Pauly seems to have taken on this new to him dealership with great resolve and dedication to make it better than it's ever been. Give them a try. I got a great deal here (I flew in from Colorado to buy the car) and they were nothing but nice from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Came in a couple of days ago with an unexpected flat tire. There were a couple new faces when I walked in. I did eventually see Miss Amanda, assuming she’s been promoted, but happy to see her, coming in from her office. A young gentleman greeted me and took care of me. Unfortunately my tire wasn’t in stock but he took my car back and got my spare on and the next day called and got me in for my new tire. An even bigger surprise I got out with only paying $55 bucks, I didn’t realize I had warranty on my tires with the purchase. The young man was very pleasant both encounters. I’ll definitely be back for all my service needs. Thank you Mr. D Clark and Swope Nissan for getting me taken care of.

EXCELLENT ALL AROUND. I recently bought a new Pathfinder from them. I am 68 and have bought many, many cars and was expecting the whole haggling back and forth. I didn't even have to. Tim and Obanga were our sales team and Mike Tarrance the manager were the best team. I was not sure I wanted to buy a new car, but they got me every discount they could find and honestly the price was below what Edmunds said was a great deal. I could not say no. They also gave a great price for our Murano. After other deals, I usually leave thinking that I could have gotten a better deal--not so this time, Almost feel guilty but very happy.

My wife and I went back to Garland Nissan for the second time because our first experience there was really good. However, after this last time we will never buy from them again. First off, my wife was upside down on a 2013 Murano and wanted to lower her payments, we printed an online a-offer for a 2015 Altima which had $4800 in total rebates which would have negated all but $200 of the Murano. Everything was looking good, they price and payments and unfortunately my wife signed the contract before I could get in there. So even though they said she would get the car for about $24000 which was basically the sticker price after rebates and her upside down Murano with a lower payment. However, after she signed the contract is when she realized they had only given her $1500 in rebates. Unfortunately she didn't really read the contract or it was explained to her in a way that she would like. Either way, they verbally gave her the great deal, and on paper they screwed her into paying over $27000 for a $24000 car by not honoring the rebate they offered. They did give her a good price on the Murano, but the rebates is why we were there, and the rebates are where they scammed her. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER. They are out to scam anyone, even repeat customers because they care more about the money than they do relationships or repeat customers.

I had a flat tire that immediately needed attention, because I had an event to go to. I went in on a Saturday with no appointment and about an hour before they closed. They were very willing to fit me in and plug the hole. The Service Advisor, Johnathan Hernandez, even went above and beyond to help get oil changes done, so they could fix my tire quickly. I appreciate the welcoming environment and very helpful staff!

WARNING!! DO NOT buy a used car from this lot. Here is my story. I found a used 2018 Mustang with only 57,263 miles on it on this lot. I had been looking for a mustang with low miles and decided to make the drive to Danville to take a look. Normally, I take my brother who is a mechanic along, but this lot had good reviews and appeared online to be a larger lot so I didn't feel the need. As soon as we got there we took the car for a test drive and noticed that the car was jumping when going into any gear from park. The very young salesman was very nice and when he noticed we were very hesitant about the car offered for the mechanic at the new car dealership to look at it. I asked if the mechanic could run the car for any codes and just do an overall check since I was now nervous about the integrity of the car, even though it had such low miles. The mechanic then took the car to the new car dealership and we went into town to wait. We waited around in town for a couple hours while they checked the car. I called my brother, who is a mechanic to ask him if he thought I could trust this, and his response was of course you can trust a mechanic, they will look it over for you, especially if it is a dealership. After a couple hours they called us to come back and informed us that the mustang needed the transmission reprogrammed and I asked if there were any codes showing when they scanned it. The salesman's response was no. I then called the local Ford dealership in Danville to confirm that reprogramming a transmission would fix the problem we were seeing and they confirmed. It appeared that the problem we were seeing was a pretty easy fix, a few hundred dollars at the ford dealership to reprogram the transmission. I asked the salesman about what if it were a bigger issue and he actually told us they had sold a fusion to a girl a couple days before and it broke down almost immediately after she bought it and they ended up refunding her. I didn't know how to feel about that, did they sell junk, or did they stand by what they sell?? Regardless, we ended up unfortunately deciding to purchase the car. We made it home about 40 miles and then 3 miles to work the next day and then BOOM the engine light came on! MISFIRE cylinder 1 and 2. So I called the dealership. I have the car scanned and what do I find out??? THAT CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAD BEEN CLEARED ON THE LOT BEFORE THEY SOLD IT TO ME!! The manager of the lot denies it, I drive there and discuss it with him until he gets his mechanic on the phone who then admits on the phone to clearing the code and putting the car on the lot. The lot manager then says he will fix the car for me. That becomes the biggest joke of all. Their mechanic puts spark plugs in it…I drive it maybe 40 miles and end up at BIll Collins Ford paying $500 to have those aftermarket plugs that were installed incorrectly replaced. So you ask where is the car now??? Where is my shiny new Mustang?? IT IS CURRENTLY AT BILL COLLINS FORD AWAITING ENGINE REPAIR!!!!!!! I have yet to drive the car I purchased on July 25th and it is Aug 22nd. So if you want a car that actually runs shop anywhere but here. They are deceptive and their mechanics do not even know how to properly install a spark plug.
