We have been loyal customers of both Sisk and White’s service department for over 10 years. We have had great service and their advisors/technicians have always been super professional as well as courage service department for over 10 years. We have had great service and their advisors/technicians have always been super professional as well as courageous. However over the past 6 months the service there has been noticeably different. They have tried to sell us 4 tires when 2 of the tires had just been put on my wife’s vehicle less than 90 days prior and the advisor was rude/unprofessional. The most recent visit was for our son’s Nissan Sentra that needed a transmission fluid exchange. The evening after the fluid exchange service was conducted his transmission started slipping badly. I took the car in the next morning asking if maybe it needed more fluid or if they could tell me what was causing it and if it would require more work as I fully understood that it was an older Sentra with nearly 100k miles. The service manager Rob came out of his office and was quite direct/assertive when he approached me and began telling me it wasn’t the fault of his shop. I explained that I wasn’t accusing or implying that his techs were at fault. I am upset about some other things said by him but will not elaborate due to the subjective nature of the context of that discussion. I went ahead and left the car with them to investigate the issue. Later that day I was called and informed my car needed a new transmission and that it would be over 6k. I was initially going to say yes to the repairs but wanted to think about it a bit due to it being so expensive and the car being older with nearly 100k miles. I called Matthews Nissan in Clarksville for a price quote and they quoted the job at nearly 1k less and also asked if I was military and gave me a 10% discount on top of that quote. I brought the car in that day and they had the transmission ordered and replaced in less than 24 hrs. They also replaced a positive battery cable that White’s quoted me $62 to replace for $16. Previously we have always chosen White’s service department even if they were a little more due to the convenience and our satisfaction/trust with the staff. More
Other Employees Tagged: I do not know who Cody Brown is but I’m sure he’s fantastic. Ms. Susan Johnson has sold us 3 of the 5 vehicles we have bought from White’s and she would get 6 stars out of 5!

It is always a pleasure to stay in the lobby and watch the garage, or to just hangout. I especially love the no pressure approach for telling me what services I should do while it's getting worked on and the garage, or to just hangout. I especially love the no pressure approach for telling me what services I should do while it's getting worked on and the prices of each. I can sit there with my phone and accept or decline each service on the referral. And if I accept one..it can be done right there. No need to make an extra trip. If you buy a Nissan from here, or just have a Nissan, you will leave happy. Save your coupons from them, they honor those. No gimmicks, no pressure. I came in and ate my lunch while waiting. Wish all places were like that when you take your Nissan in for an oil change. Price us spot on, most of the time cheaper than the quick places. More
