I discovered them by chance while searching for trucks online, but it was the exceptional personal service from Josee Weese that truly set them apart from the experience I had with my local Ford dealerships. When I learned they did not have the exact model I wanted, Josee and Terry Mills, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to locate it for me. They found the perfect match: the right color, the right model, and the 5th wheel upgrade I needed. It was like finding a needle in a haystack, but they made it happen. When I arrived a week later to pick up my truck, Josee wasn’t available that day, but Austin Anderson stepped in and provided the same outstanding care and expertise. He answered all my technical questions about the truck after I had driven it home. He even sent me a short video to explain. I can’t praise Josee and Austin enough for their dedication and professionalism. They both deserve a raise for their exceptional service!

I was in the middle of a roadtrip with my son, when I ran over a truck tire and it had ripped the engine shield from the bottom of my car half off. I stopped by Rusty Wallace (as it was only a couple miles away). When I told them the story, they immediately helped me, took the shield entirely off, didn't ask for payment, just showed me their southern hospitality of prompt courtesy service. I can not thank them enough. They really helped me get back on the road and finish the Roadtrip that my son and I will remember for many years. Thanks again to the entire staff at Rusty Wallace. I had been searching for several months for my next right vehicle for my budget, my lifestyle, and a list of must-haves for my next vehicle. On all my various dealership visits, I brought my father for a second set of eyes and advice. I had experience at other dealerships in Knoxville where my questions felt dismissed, my list disregarded, and, as a woman in her 20s, quite literally ignored. At other dealerships, the car commentary and questions were always first directed to my father, rather than me, the customer. One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future .

NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE DEALERSHIPS! AFTER DRIVING MY CAR LESS THAN 2000 MILES I PAID $7,000 in Repair Fees!!!! These sister owned Dodge dealerships are ran by absolute crooks, that only care about you until the deal is done. Before legally owning my vehicle I reported issues to the radio, motor, and clutch. I was told by a previous GM not to worry, that they would take care of these issues. I finished all paperwork, and was completely ignored after. I made multiple attempts by phone and in person. Only to be ignored and treated like trash. I’ve never been more disrespected in my life. I was told that since I signed an “ As is no Warranty” document. They didn’t have to do anything. Even though this agreement was discussed before I legally owned the vehicle. Later I was told that the previous GM was fired for making dishonest deals and broken promises. Even with this all in mind, they still did nothing. Later I was told that they would fix only the radio, if I signed a new document. This document said in short, that by signing they would fix the radio at no charge to me. But would free them from all reported issues with the motor and transmission. I told the CFO that this was a “ Bait and Switch” method. And he smilingly agreed in an arrogant manner. I obviously did not sign and they did not fix the radio. It was even said by one of their own lead mechanics that my vehicle should have never been sold and should’ve been sent to auction. And also that they don’t even have the proper equipment to service my vehicle. In short, purchasing this car from them has been an absolute nightmare. I hope and pray so many of you read this and take your business elsewhere. So you won’t be treated with the same disrespect, by these disgusting people.After being without a car for months and it being in the shop for weeks, I paid almost $7000 in repairs. I was completely railroaded and treated like I was nothing. And was talked to as if I was less than. I will always let others I meet hear about my experience, in hopes they stay away from there. And don’t make the same mistake that’s costing me over $50,000

Our 11-year old F 150 broke down on the Tuesday - Buckeyes

Our 11-year old F 150 broke down on the Tuesday evening of Thanksgiving week while on vacation. We were stranded for about 3 hours in Pigeon Forge before the tow truck arrived through AAA. While sitting there waiting, we went ahead and called the Rocky Top Ford dealer to inform them our truck was being towed there. Chris, in the Service Department, answered and was so kind. We were naturally upset about our truck, but he was so calming and helpful. He did keep in touch with us on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving day. They had to go to Knoxville to obtain the part. We were so thankful that they were able to complete the repairs on Friday by 1:30 pm in order for us to head back to Ohio. We truly appreciate the mechanics who worked on our truck and Chris for being such a wonderful man. We truly feel that he was a God send! Thank you to everyone who had a part in getting our truck repaired, and keep up the good work! So thankful!! The dealership was beautiful!
