Called multiple times for a service price and low and behold 3 days later I receive a text that all business with customers is done by text. I was under the impression that text was faster than phone cal behold 3 days later I receive a text that all business with customers is done by text. If it took 3 days to send a text,I wouldn't want to be at the service department waiting for my car until I got a text that my car was ready. No voice contact make for many problems. We are from xx. Louis and were on our way home from visiting my wife's family in Virginia. We drove to Sevierville on Thursday night. We were treated so well by everyone we dealt with during our time there. They got us in quickly and we knew we would have to pay for a diagnostic...but there was no problem with our coolant and there was NO charge. Randy Owens, service advisor, was a great guy!!!! I don't know the other mens' names who helped us, but everyone was GREAT!!!!! We appreciate your help!!! More
