Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your purchasing experience left you feeling frustrated and that the pricing, fees, trade-in value, and optional products were not communicated as clearly as you expected. Customers should feel comfortable with and understand the terms of their purchase before signing. We also take your concerns regarding the GAP coverage, trade-in offer, and differences you identified in the paperwork seriously. While we cannot address the specifics of the transaction in a public response, we would welcome the opportunity to review the details with you directly and clarify any remaining questions or concerns. We appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention. Your feedback is important and will be shared with our team as we continue working to improve transparency, communication, and the overall purchasing experience at Oak Ridge Nissan.

What i didn't put in the original comments, the next morning i get a call from assistant sales manager wanting me to remove my 1 star rating, when i told him i got a text at 7am from their AI bot about the test drive, i got to dealship at 9 am, made deal, signed papers at 11:45 am.After i refused to remove the 1 star review , he started texting me, Then the woman boss over him called me, i still refused to remove 1 star review. That made her mad and she started texting me page after page of the contract. I told her the one paper that showed my intials of agreement with the salesman was not the original, she started on a tirade that i was accusing her of lying and fraud. All i say to that , if the shoe fits then wear it. Was told that they were taking truck to detail it. It was a recent trade in that hadn't been cleaned . They decided the brakes were bad, then they said it needed new tires, said would be done at 2 pm, at 3 pm , no tires, 4 pm no tires, I ask repair manager about it ,said i will get someone on it, they decided then needed front end alignment, at 5:45 pm , they drove it out saying that they didn't get time to detail it. So after 9 hours at the dealship i left in a dirty truck. This is a difference review than my original, what i just wrote is the 2nd review under a new email address, for some reason what i just wrote was going to be in my updated YELP review, somehow either Yelp or THE BOSS of salesmen fixed it so i couldn't edit my original review , so what i just typed in on a YELP review under a different email addrees
