Ready to purchase new MDX but they would not come lower than retail + their $2000 added on dealer stuff. Checked with Tallahassee, Columbus and other dealers. All were $3000 off retail and no extra markups for dealer stuff. Best deal was $7000 off at Jackson Acura. Even their automated online quote was $5000 off retail price! Skip this dealer and go straight to Jackson Acura. They were honest, best price and very professional. Worth the drive!!

Bought a vehicle there that had transmission issues and fuel sludge. Cost me thousands in repairs within a couple of months of purchase. When I purchased it, they swore they did through inspections and cleaned out all the fluids. There were many other problems with the vehicle that could have been prevented had they actually done what they said. Also, the manager is extremely rude if you ask any questions. They also way over charge on 'dealer fees'.

My service advisor, Scott Ford, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was there for every step of the process, treated me with respect and patiently guided me through all the details and answered all my questions. We stayed connected through social media and when it was time to buy a car for my daughter this past weekend, Scott Ford was there for us once again. Truthfully, all of the staff at Frontier Motors are simply amazing. The ear-to-ear smile on my daughter’s face when her picture was taken standing next to her ‘new’ Nissan Rogue Sport filled my heart with joy and pride! Tried to request info several times online with no response. Finally got a call asking when I would like to come by. I asked if the vehicle I was interested in was there and available. Was told yes. Made an appointment only to show up and find out the vehicle was at another dealership 4 hours away. Then they tried to show me cars that were at least $10,000 out of budget. Was given 3 different prices on the vehicle I wanted if they got it to them. Finally got it to $1000 over online price. He says “he only added $1000” but never gave me a direct reason why. Also trading in a vehicle yet they still ask for another $2000 down payment. In very very small print it says online prices are based on a $2000 trade in equity or down payment. Not both. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they lived up to previous reviews.
