*God blessed me, ...I survived a 1-3-2025 car accident. * My husband & I bought a new 2015 Lincoln Navigator and it was beautifully kept. Very comfortable for long trips and in excellent condition. (Lincoln was unrepairable) *We decided to get a new 2024 Lincoln Navigator Reserve 4x4, Infinite Black on Black as before but this time it had more bells & whistles. We included & bought the Premium Care Extended service plans. * Well on our first trip out of town (2-3-2025) was well over 4000 miles and first day on the road a rock flew right into our new windshield and cracked continued across the front from drivers side to passenger side for the entire vacation. So...When we returned from our trip, Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln loaned us a new loaner car, until the repairs were completed, plus change oil & tire rotation on our car. I live nearly an hours drive away and service driver dropped off loaner at my house. Needed that loaner to see doctors and other appointments during those days. I am very pleased that Jennifer took care of us. Thank you Nothing beats great customer service, no matter what year it is.

they charged $1500 to my 80 year old mother to fix gear shift in 2013 ford edge. she made it home and it locked up in park for good.i added an oil change and checked and no oil change but she got charged.they ran a full tank of gas out.these people are crooks and the will get there.you will get robbed here.this rater made me give this business one star
