Bought a Ford Edge awhile back. Wife drives it 10 miles a day to work. We bought it used with 70k and it now has 100k. We took it to them as their policy is you have to if you want warranty. Its is strictly thru Athens which is a joke when they represent ford. It has a front axle boot that slipped the compression clamp. They asked us for all records of oil and air filter changes before they could warranty. We gave them our 4 records of oil change since 70k to 100k in Nov 2024 its now Jan 2 2025 with no word at all. We didnt even get a summary or estimate. This place is and has been a scam. When i bought vehicle, we also purchased the maintenance in oil change for 2,500 for anytime we take it there we wont get charged. We take it there and wife gets no loaner or wait 6hrs for oil change. I will go 20 miles to Winder where they treat you like family and stick to their agreement! More

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER DO NOT BUY HERE. Jesus Dimas sold me a 2015 ford edge with electrical problems I paid 19k and I only used the car for 4 months. Kevin, my salesperson, went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. He managed my many requests with patience and respect—listening carefully to my needs and making sure I felt valued at every step. I was very impressed by his motivation to win my business without a hint of pushiness—a balanced skill I haven’t always encountered in previous vehicle purchases. Kevin was also incredibly thoughtful and flexible, accommodating my schedule, specific vehicle preferences, and my family while we were at the dealership. He even went out of his way to make my 7-year-old son happy, bringing him snacks to enjoy while my husband and I finalized the purchase.
