I regret purchasing from this dealership. The salesman was nice, but my deal was wrought with failures throughout even including my tag. They don't know what is going on between ford credit The salesman was nice, but my deal was wrought with failures throughout even including my tag. They don't know what is going on between ford credit and themselves, they tried to change %, monthly payment, didn't offer the correct amount that FMC did. They even presented the truck with the wrong tire package. Not the one advertised and now the one FMC had for me to buy. Then the truck broke down after 140 miles and the service dept wouldn't even help me trouble shoot when I was stuck in the mountains over an hour away from home. The couldn't even transfer my tag. They sent me a new one and I had a vanity tag.....SMH you just can't get much more pathetic. Absolute disgrace, shady, will never return,, this has been an absolute nightmare. Total regret! More
