My truck came from the Mooresville lot but the Hickory sav-a lot did the sale. I had a wonderful salesman.I was told they do the best inspection on all the vehicles that they sell. Well my truck was sold to me with wore front tires like the truck was out of line. Didn’t offer to change the tires. I should have changed my mind about buying from here but I didn’t and I was so excited about the truck having remote start so the next day after buying the truck I tried starting my truck when I was inside my house but couldn’t get it to start. I called Randy Marion cause I thought it would be covered under the 3 mo or 3,000 mile warranty. I was told NO that wasn’t under the warranty but they would pay for the diagnostic test to see what’s wrong with it but I’d be responsible for getting it fixed . This wasn’t a cheap truck . So xxxx NO I’m not a happy customer this should be their responsibility I found out the next day after the sale of this truck that the remote start didn’t work it’s not like I broke it and wanted them to fix it. So if you do buy a vehicle from any of the Randy Marion’s make sure everything works before leaving their lot cause they can’t be doing the best inspection on their vehicles if a mechanic didn’t notice the remote start didn’t work . This is just my experience & opinion..

Oh what a great place NOT to buy a car…. Don’t every think of making a financial deal with Randy Marion used cars. Looked at cars Earlier this week, went back today to finalize the car purchase. I directly as the sales person how do I pay you/dealership…. Direct deposit, bank check, etc. Sales person told me “No, personal check or cash was acceptable”. Strange I must say. I told him I would not be paying cash and needed the bank routing numbers. Again he said no check would do. Given a pass to test drive the car until 6:00pm I returned around 4:00pm. Several people greeted me wanting wanting to know where I had been? My car I was buying had been sold to someone else and I was SOL. MUST say what a professional dealership do not to step foot in RANDY MARION Save a Lot, Hickory NC.

Don't waste your time and money on these guys. The cars and the deals are completely misrepresented, they lure you with financing deals they can't deliver, tack a bunch of unnecessary add-ons to the price of the car, and then withhold your deposit if you don't accept their terms "as is". It's unethical, especially for a Porsche dealership, and quite frankly probably illegal they way they are conducting business. Be smart and stay away

I waited a while to do a review, just because I've been bamboozled in the past by dealerships, so when it came down to it, I was honestly terrified. But I honestly think Cameron did an amazing job. This has been my first car that hasn't been a complete jalopy. Customer service and just the help was wonderful. This car has made me cry on more than one occasion, knowing I have a truly reliable car. So I can't express how thankful and grateful I am!

Do not use this dealership! I called to make sure the vehicle was still available and Kevin Smith said it was and he would have it ready for me to view. I drove over an hour to look at it and the vehicle was not even cleaned! After viewing the vehicle I still wanted it. I had a signed offer and a handshake with Kevin Smith. I was about to write a check and Kevin Smith came back and wanted more money! His word and handshake means nothing!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the great experience I had buying a Jaguar from Cosmos Motors. I had been searching for a very specific 2015 Jaguar F-Type SV8 for a few months when I found what I was looking for on the Cosmos Motors website. All the information posted on the website provided me with the necessary details to convince me to send an inquiry. I sent a message that evening stating my interest and was contacted the next day by a sales representative, Matt Glover. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of my hesitancy. Most importantly, he was incredibly responsive to my endless barrage of calls/texts/questions – this was crucial to my decision to buy a car located 6 hours away from my home. Matt sent additional videos and closeups of the car. I cannot exaggerate what an amazing job their detail shop did preparing the car for sale. A 2015 black Jaguar is supposed to have a few swirl marks, minor scratches, and a chip here and there – it did not! In fact, after seeing the pics I asked Matt about the cost of ceramic coating. He introduced me to the detail shop manager, Jacob Bishop. Jacob took the time to explain how and what they used to detail the F-Type. I asked him about applying a protective film to vulnerable places on the car in conjunction with the ceramic coating. He recommended the areas to protect, explained why, and made me an offer on the price - to which I instantly agreed! I previously owned a black 2014 F-Type S V6 that had minor chips and swirls in the same areas Jacob described – he obviously knows his cars. Additionally, the previous quotes I received from shops in Northern Virginia for those same services on my 2014 Jag were significantly higher. The deal was made and all I needed to do was get to Cosmos to drive the car home. Matt arranged for a driver to pick me up at Charlotte Airport (about an hour from Cosmos). That sounds easy but our plane had to return to Dulles Airport 20 minutes away from landing in Charlotte and after three hours of delays, we were back in the sky. Matt and the Cosmos driver, Paul, were understanding, patient, and unshaken. Paul and I chatted all the way to the dealership, he was pleasant company and had some great stories. When I arrived at Cosmos, the car was ready and impressive as described. Matt and Jacob walked me around the car, describing what had been detailed, and we took it for a drive (yes, I am still smiling). The general manager, Chance Parsons, finalized the sale effortlessly and with the same laid-back friendly attitude. This was the theme from cradle to grave throughout this entire experience. Okay, I have to admit only one thing was disappointing. My drive home was about 375 miles, and they did not fill the car with gas. I should have asked, but it didn’t occur to me until I pulled out of the lot. Not necessary or even expected, but that would have been a nice touch. This is the longest review I have ever written (positive or negative). My dad sold cars for over 20 years, and I know most of the tricks and tactics they use to not only make the initial sale but too also push expensive add-ons and hidden fees. I cannot express how impressed I was with Matt, Jacob, Chance, Paul, and my overall experience purchasing a car from Cosmos Motors. Their entire team was incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. I would certainly recommend Cosmos Motors to my friends and would buy another car from them with total confidence and comfort. I will follow up with a 90-day review or as needed. Denny Wood

DISHONEST DEALERSHIP-SOLD ME A LEMON-I purchased a car from them last year. I DIDN'T EVEN GET THE CAR HOME BEFORE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. Took it back the next day and they sent it off to be fixed in Charlotte. In the meantime, there was a slow drip from my transmission line where their mechanic left a piece of tape before I even bought the vehicle. Eventually the pan filled and started spilling out, leaving my driveway and the back of my car covered in transmission fluid. Since there was a horrible smell and fluid everywhere, I took the car to the place where Mich's sent it the first time and the bill was over $1,000. They said the factory bolts had been removed from my car and replaced with non-certified parts. The dealership I took it to called Mich's and told them they should reimburse me because it was their mechanic's mistake. They refused even after I contacted them several times and said I should have brought it to them. Nobody in their right mind would return a car after these two negligent repair issues right off the bat. These guys gave me misleading information about the condition of my car and then provided poor customer service afterwards. Save yourself the headache and go to a reputable dealer.
