Marc was great to work with, he was easy to talk to,, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process feel relaxed instead of stressful. Dean in finance was also great. He explained everything clearly and made the paperwork simple and straightforward. Both of them were professional, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to work with. We are really happy with our experience and would definitely recommend them. This is our second car we bought from Koons in Falls Church.

adjusted review. I was refunded the charge for wheel damage on a rental car. Was reached out to by Joesph Britt and he apologized for my experience. That means alot. Thank you No never buy a car from here. bought a 2023 expedition with only 20k miles and had to bring it back because the Gold certified. truck had 4 major leaks and needed a new transfer case. The service department is terrible Jesse wont call you you have to call him. and The rental car department will Scam you they will say you damaged a car and it all because they did not do a walk around when they rented you the car like every other rental car company does. They said well " you should have done one yourself" BUT they wont give you the keys or show to the car until you sign it.
