Although the online appointment system apparently lost the information the the void and I arrived somewhat unexpectedly that morning, Jordan was able to get everything back on track and warning lights for the parking brake were diagnosed with a estimate of time/work needed/expense by early afternoon. Beth worked on the car and it was ready the later the next afternoon. One note. The Lyft driver on the return was very different from previous visits and not a comfortable ride at all (all previous lyft/uber have been very good). He was not a very good driver and kept trying taking to take a round about route. As I live right off of Quince Orchard and it's a straight shot of under 3 miles I found his insistence that the GPS was rerouting due to "heavy traffic" and the a longer route is much better odd and his attitude off-putting. Perhaps it is because my work commute is to Virginia but 10 cars at a couple red lights is not heavy traffic.

Extremely disappointing experience. Abel from the service department repeatedly told me they were still waiting on parts for my infotainment system and grille, but no one ever contacted me after the parts arrived. I was later told the parts had been returned, yet when I called the parts department, I was informed they had only been sent back the day after I called. The conflicting information and lack of communication wasted weeks of my time. Now the dealership is closing, my repairs were never completed, and I have to start the entire warranty process all over again at another dealership. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

ZERO TRANSPARENCY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID MIGUEL PEREZI was fully ready to purchase a new Chevrolet Colorado LT today, Sunday. We had a deal locked in on the Out-the-Door (OTD) price, and I was told my credit had already been approved through GM Financial with a great promotional interest rate.The issue started when I asked the salesperson, Miguel Perez, for a simple screenshot or photo of the official credit approval sheet to confirm that the rate and the monthly payment we agreed on were being honored in writing before making the drive to the dealership. Since I work consecutive 12-hour shifts at the beginning of the week, today was my only day off, and I refused to go in blindly and waste my time.Miguel completely refused to send any digital proof, making the old excuse that "the system doesn't allow it." When I stood my ground demanding basic transparency, his attitude became completely unprofessional, arrogant, and dismissive, bluntly telling me that if I wanted to come I could, and if not, don't.It is a shame that Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville loses a guaranteed vehicle sale due to obsolete pressure tactics and the terrible attitude of salespeople like Miguel Perez. They shamelessly play games with customers' time. If you want honesty and transparency, look for another dealership.
