Zero Stars! !! Absolutely terrible customer service and a complete lack of transparency. I reached out this morning simply asking for the out-the-door price on !! Absolutely terrible customer service and a complete lack of transparency. I reached out this morning simply asking for the out-the-door price on a vehicle. You would think that would be a straightforward request, but the sales representative refused to provide actual numbers. Instead, I was sent random figures that didn’t clearly explain the pricing. When I questioned why there was over a $3,000 difference from the advertised MSRP, the numbers suddenly changed. That is a major red flag. I wasn’t asking for a “ballpark,” a roundabout number, or a sales pitch. I specifically asked for the actual out-the-door price. The sales representative’s customer service was xxxx poor, and the overall experience left me with absolutely zero confidence in this dealership’s pricing or transparency. If you can’t provide a clear, itemized out-the-door price to a potential customer without changing the numbers, that speaks volumes. This dealership screams “buyer beware.” I’ll take my business somewhere that is upfront, transparent, and actually respects a customer’s time. More
