He met me as I drove up with a nice smile a a hand shake the smile I felt was not fake he asked what I was looking for and when I told him he suggested I should think of a knew one and not used and that it the smile I felt was not fake he asked what I was looking for and when I told him he suggested I should think of a knew one and not used and that it would be less expensie, I thought “ yea right “ but told him to show me the new one and let’s compare numbers IM GLAD HE did, but he didn’t do it in a pushey way which I’m very happy he didn’t cause I probably would’ve have walked away. So that was the start of me feeling relaxed. We than moved in side and started work the numbers he was very professional yet also friendly at the same time asking about myself and family, of course I do know part of that is what a good sales person does, but what makes a great sales person is one that makes you feel he is not fake while doing it, and in my opinion he made me fill very comfortable and he didn’t appear fake at all. He after a Cpl of minutes he ask if I would like something to drink IE water coffee ETC ETC, I would recommend JBA to any of my friends and or family. Right now I do feel that the service department will be just as thorough as the sales was, and if by anything does happen with my vehicle it will be made right by JBH or Chevy More
