Mr. Worthington is the reason I bought a Mazda at Annapolis dealership. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and very low pressure. He was the opposite; and I felt he answered all my questions and sent me a follow-up e-mail which was very nice. I went to two other local dealerships, both Honda and Toyota, and their sales people took very little time with me and none of them sent me a follow up e-mail or call, although they had my information. I went back to Fitzgerald Mazda and although Mr. Worthington was very busy with other customers and I didn't have an appointment he made time to help me and I bought a new car for the first time! Thank you, Mr. Worthington!

They were respectful and thoughtful and helped from start to finish to get me what I was looking for without pushing or pressing. They both went out of their way to give me the best deal they could and I will 100% be coming back here anytime I need another vehicle.

Jared Bowman was amazing to work with. Great communication and very upfront about the cars I was looking at and what to expect. I came into the dealership several times while shopping around, and Jared went above an beyond and was easily the best salesman I've worked with (including from other Mazda dealerships in the same ownership group.) The only ding on the experience is on the back of house operation. I went out of town and told the dealership I would have to receive ownership the car on the Friday after New Years. I was called by one of the managers and was told the car was ready to be picked up after the porters/service center had a whole week to prep the car and get the state inspections/emissions/CPO done. I came in to pick it up and all the sales and dealership stickers + adhesive was still all over the car and windows, empty gas tank, and the car was covered in bird crap as it was parked under trees after it went through the inspections. Needless to say, Jared and I were both quite upset. Jared made it right by jumping the car to the front of the line and got the car filled up, cleaned, and ready for me in under 30 minutes. I would still recommend this dealership. Was by far the least stressful experience I've had car buying.

Needed to get some maintenance done on a car with an engine light on. After initial troubleshooting the representative helping me at the time, Dean Marino, was able to give me my available options and informed me that my issues were covered under warranty. I went from having to pay what could have been upwards of ~$3000 in expenses to having my car worked on at no cost to me. Additionally, I met with the General Manager, Omid Anushiravani, following up over a previous visit and he was able to help me with no questions asked. Great place and while it might seem pricey you can rest easy knowing that you're in good hands. Every time I visit I always get a hello and they remember my name.

I had a great experience at Mazda, and I highly recommend working with Ozz. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Ozz was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. No Pressure! I was online and I saw a certified preowned Mazda CX-5 2023. I was in love and I sent over my information. Rafael called me and next thing I know I’m looking at a 2024 Mazda Cx-5 CE. I was so excited now I just had to wait and see what my rate was going to be. I called the dealership and spoke with Muhammad and was informed of the rate, at that point I knew I was going to buy a brand new car. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt no pressure and everyone was actually nice. Kamau introduced himself to me and I was blown away by his professionalism. From there I was in the finance room with Richard so friendly signing my paperwork. Now here is the crazy part. My money was held up and I couldn’t pick the car up for 3 weeks. They held my car for me when they didn’t have to. When I pick her up 2 weeks ago it’s been a wrap. I’m still in shock that I have a brand new car, I’m so overjoyed that Passport Mazda Suitland was able to work with me and my credit. My husband is going next to get him a brand new Mazda!!! I wanted to say how great all the staff at Gburg Mazda have been in helping me get the Mazda MX5 RF I have wanted for quite some time. Todd Patton was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the whole car buying experience easy to deal with. The car I wanted had to be ordered and it was easy for them to do and got me the car I wanted quickly as well. Upon arriving at the dealership just off the carrier Todd took the time to let me inspect the car and answered all my questions as well. After that Todd and Amin Rehman in finance took there time and helped me work out numbers that were much better than other dealerships offered me for the same car. They also gave me a wonderful price for my trade in as well. Also Todd and Amin got me awesome 1.9% financing as well and saved me a bundle as well. Let me start by saying... I absolutely HATE buying vehicles! For many reasons.. The length of stay.. you get lied to.. I am a woman so I feel like I am being belittled half the time... With all of that said.. I had to come here with my daughter to buy a car... I was completely shocked! They didn't try to sell my daughter all the extra crap! We were in and out in record time! I was so impressed that my husband and I went back to buy our truck! Never have I ever had a smooth car buying experience like this!! The manager Dan is absolutely amazing!! Addressing any concerns, coming up with great solutions.. He makes you feel like you have known him forever! I just can't say enough about our experience! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a super fair price!

I purchased a Mazda 3 from Rosenthal, now that it is Priority they do not want to honor my complimentary oil changes. When I bought my Mazda I went with Rosenthal because of the offer of the lifetime complimentary oil changes and safety inspections. This was the main reason why I purchased my car from the dealership. I contacted the other Rosenthals dealerships in the area and now they are saying the Mazda Nissan was not part of Rosenthal they just used the name, so they will not honor anything. I have the paperwork to show this to both companies but they are just ignoring me. I now would not trust neither Rosenthal nor Priority at all.

My wife and I purchased a new Mazda CX-50 on the evening of 08/16/24. After sone negotiating we agreed to a price, and they showed us the paper work. All was good. We were there past their closing time and felt bad for keeping them late. The car was for my wife and the title and financing were in her name. She signed all the paper work and then the salesman, Nick asked if we would mind posing with him and the car for a picture for him to put on his Facebook page. Fast forward to Sunday 08/18/24. I took a closer look at the contract and they added a $1700.00 Cook Legacy policy that apparently covers tires, windshields, door dings and wheels. Basically just a xx policy that is nothing more than additional dealer mark-up. They never went over any of this with us, it wasn't on the work sheet for the deal, but they snuck it into the buyers order and contract, without us knowing. Ultimately shame on us for ever trusting this dealership. They used very deceiving tactics and took advantage of my wife. We would have never agree to buying this worthless add-on. We'll be going into the dealership tomorrow to have this charge removed from the contract, but I'm expecting he worse. Will update this review if they make right on this stunt they pulled. UPDATE 8/19/24: The general manager called us this morning and was very apologetic. They told us to come in and they would have a new contract with the $1700 charge removed. When we got there, they stood by their word and had the new contract ready as promised. They were very apologetic and my wife and I appreciated them making it right.
