I was in the process of buying a pre-owned 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 from this dealer. I was preapproved and ready to pay, however the general sales manager, Claudio Goedhart, sent me two deal sheets with incorrect information. One had the mileage wrong and I asked him to correct it. He took awhile, but finally sent me another sheet. This time, he had included the cost of an extra warranty in my financed amount - a warranty that I had explicitly told him I did not want. I asked him to correct that and he stopped responding to me. Mind you, this all took place over the course of half a day or longer. I left him messages which he didn’t respond to and yet the car was still showing as available on their website. The next day I left him more messages and he still ignored me. That evening, the car was gone from their site. I suspected that someone had bought it with the warranty and that I had been ignored and disregarded so they could make an extra $2-3k of profit. I sent an email to David Cosby, the General Manager and he told me that the car had been purchased by someone who walked in who didn’t buy the warranty, they just completed the paperwork and paid more quickly. An opportunity that Claudio cost me with his incompetent and rude behavior by continually sending me incorrect deal sheets (purposely?) I am not at all sure that Mr. Cosby told me the whole truth either. He responded by offering me another older car with more mileage for the same price and was unwilling to negotiate.
Bottom line: don’t do business with these people.
