Laura was my service advisor and helped me get a tow hitch installed on my 2021 BMW X3! From start to finish, she was very helpful, kind, and professional. She made this matter a priority and was highly responsive to all my calls/texts and very patient with my questions. I will 100% be returning to her desk at Flemington BMW for all future services! Not to mention, I am SUPER happy with the tow hitch. There were a lot of moving pieces here given that the tow hitch had to be retro-fit to my car, but she worked with the Parts department to make sure I got ALL the right parts the FIRST time seamlessly.
