On my list of things I really don’t like to do—is shop for a new car. The moment I talked to Jennifer on the phone I felt comfortable and less anxious. I certainly wasn’t disappointed when I met her and began the process. She was excellent from start to finish and I am now the proud owner of a brand new Jeep Compass. There is a lot to be explained about so many new electronics, and she was very thorough. Jennifer is engaging and fun as well and a person I’m happy I’ve met. I have found a dealership that is professional and has my trust.

I had a very positive experience with Vision Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I brought in my 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody for service shortly after completing a two-day HPDE event at Watkins Glen International. I’m very particular about this car, so I appreciated that the dealership took my concerns seriously and understood that I wanted someone experienced with SRT/Hellcat vehicles to work on it. Luis, my service advisor, was very helpful and professional. The car received an oil and filter change, a thorough post-track inspection, and they even rotated the tires at no charge. I especially appreciated the attention they gave the car after a demanding weekend on the track. The entire process was smooth, the pricing was fair, and I felt comfortable leaving a very special car in their care. Thank you to Luis and the team at Vision Dodge for taking good care of the Hellcat. I’ll definitely be back.

Must be good for buying auto. Service department horrible, no communications. Going to charge $200 for a $7000:estimate for brakes and steering shaft, tell a customer what the cost of an estimate is going to be. Horrible experience never go there again. I'm sure they dont care.
