Was meeting my son who was coming from 45 mins away to turn in a Kia lease. Nice car, will look again at Kia when his company car lease expires. I arrived with my son’s car at 5:10 pm only to find out we needed an appointment and the lease manager had just left and the shift was turning over. The GM (nice guy)understood my situation and said hold tight let me see if anyone’s still around. He paged for help and this young man Andrew McGuffey who literally had his coat and backpack on with one foot out the door on his way home after a full day stopped looked over at me and offered to help. No attitude, no disgruntlement, no oh I was just leaving. He spent 1/2 hour with me filling out forms and taking plates and odometer reading. He treated me with the same courtesy as if I were his first customer of the day and BUYING a car, no turning one in. I manage a business myself and know good people are hard to find. Give this kid a pat on the back and keep him. He is a great face representing your company.

Highly Disappointed with the sales department. Tico told me that the car I purchased was eligible for a EV tax credit, but he lied. Cars that are leased and are not assembled in the US are not eligible. My car was delivered with a huge chip, covered in paint. No one will take responsibility to repair this. Even the sales manager does not follow through after the sale. It’s too bad the owner is not aware of these issues. Karp ‘s best employee is Donna who helped me with paperwork I needed. She gets 10 stars.

After my first car broke down for the 50th time, I was desperate to get myself something new. I always thought kias were cute cars so i visited this dealership to see my options. I’m 22 years old with a receptionist job and didnt expect to have enough money to get something right away. Kelly and Yasser were the two people who worked closely with me to discuss what I’m looking for and what my options are especially having no credit. Within a week I get my dream car at a affordable price! Not only that but they are even helping me build my credit! Getting all the paperwork done takes some time but with the friendly staff I didn’t mind hanging out. Everyone had an amazing energy, funny and sweet yet always professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience leasing my first car and am forever grateful for Kelly and Yasser for making it happen at a price that’s personally affordable for me.

I hated this place. So happy I got rid of my Kia after a horrible experience with there staff while coming in for grinding engine. I have purchased a Lexus and now see the difference in treatment from a better dealer. I tell my friends and family never buy Kia.

Run, don’t walk- in the opposite direction. Spent a couple days contacting every dealer in the tristate looking for my new vehicle. This John Starks dealer had the one I was looking for and wanted to make the deal. I told him some offers I had heard at the local places by me and the sales guy Colin had to speak to his manager. He texted me that he got the deal done. To make the price where I was comfortable, the interest needed to be 6%. I put a deposit down and filled out the credit application. They ran my credit, confirmed it was excellent then ghosted me for a day. After reaching back out to them they told me the lowest rate is 8%. This significantly increases the monthly payment. The sales guy Colin and his GM knew this at the time but said what they could to keep me happy and keep me from going to another dealer. The GM just called me to say there was no way 6% was ever going to happen. They hit my credit for no reason at all. It takes 2 years to fall off your report. This dealer is the exact reason why all car salesmen have the reputation they do. I’m sure the manager or someone will reply to this review and make up some story about how I am at fault, but I urge you to look elsewhere.
