Bill as a salesperson and Jeff as an online connection and finance person have introduced me to the Nissan Pathfinder. I am possibly interested in downsizing from a Silverado Crewcab to an SUV and both men have invested a lot of time in showing me the various models with a test drive. Financing exploration continues to be ongoing. Bill really made an effort to define the variety of Pathfinder models. He has a full understanding of this customer’s needs. I’d recommend Bill as an outstanding salesperson to negotiate with.

I was told there was a deeper issue with the check engine light. If it returned, this other price needed to be replaced. On Friday I had the piece changed. Thank you to Michaela I was notified of the status. Great customer service. I will return in the future.

They got me approved quickly over the phone but they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted in stock. Tim worked to source me the exact vehicle and specs I wanted within days and got it delivered that same week. On top of that the paperwork process was a breeze and really quick. In addition any minor issues I had I was able to get fixed right away plus they offer a 30 day warranty. I love how laid back, no pressure, responsive, attentive the team is.
