Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service, no one answers the phone after you purchase a vehicle, and pray to God you get your plates before your temp plates expire. What I find crazy is this place is huge but only one sales guy answers the phone. After explaining why I was calling ( for the 10th time in a week ) , I kept getting transferred to someone's voicemail......................with absolutely no call back what so ever. I get faster service calling the DMV in NYC ( that wasn't a Joke I'm dead serious ). I would never refer these guys to anyone cause I don't want to lose any friends. Anyway Horrible horrible horrible. More
