Super easy. I knew what I was looking for. Sales, the sales manager, and F&I processes were handled professionally, quickly, and without any shenanigans. Adding I knew what I was looking for. Dennis, Larisa and Mike the service manager at the Ford service department are fantastic and in my opinion are second to none when it comes to customer service.
