I made an appointment at the dealership to explore some Subaru Crosstrek options and Jeff showed me the many possibilities, including certified pre-owned, as well as the difference between specific used options that were currently available. I greatly appreciated Jeff's calm, gentle demeanor and his knowledge about everything Subaru. He spent time with me. I was not rushed. Buying a car from him was an easy, no-pressure experience.

A few weeks ago, I was in the market to buy a used car. I walked into the dealership without an appointment, and I was lucky enough to have Marc Debenedictis ask if he could help me. He was thorough in asking me questions about what I was looking for in a car. He had me test drive one that we thought would do the trick for me, but I wasn't thrilled with how that car drove. Marc very quickly found me another model that fit everything on my wish list! Marc took time to explain different options to me, never making me feel pressured about buying a car unless I thought it was really the right one for me. He was not at all troubled or stumped by any questions I asked. Once I decided to purchase the car, he was very thorough in making sure I knew what I needed to do to have everything in order so that I could make the purchase as quickly as possible. I will definitely go back to Marc when I am need of another car, and I will not hesitate to recommend any friends or family to him. Thanks, Marc, for finding me a great car!

I leased a car from this dealership on August 28, 2026. I was assisted by Daniel Ruffin. I had a wonderful experience working with Daniel. I never felt pressured or like I was being harassed to make a quick decision. He explained everything and gave me many options and worked within my budget. He was professional, sincere and he was more like a friend giving me advice, if you can believe that. He delivered on all his promises and always treated me with respect and a smile even though I was tough on quizzing him back and forth on deal options. I highly recommend this dealership and please ask for Mr. Ruffin, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. He takes the bad taste of a “car salesman” out of your mouth.

December 26,2025 (Pending Snow Storm) One of the most overused phrases from a car salesperson is : “Our Service Department is the BEST!”. A pending snowstorm, like everyone else I depend on my car too much! Unfortunately, it’s towards the end of the work day and it’s an issue I can’t avoid. We all have certain family and friends that you have on “speed dial”. This is the sentiment I hold for Jamie Nussbaum and his wonderful staff at East Hill Subaru in Roslyn, New York. I made the call and Lisette answered. She immediately understood my issue and responded, “ You know there is a snow storm coming. You need to bring your car here and we’ll take care of it”. Lisette is another example of a true professional that takes great pride in her position. I arrived and was greeted by Service Advisor Justin Peralta. He did the intake and assured me the car would be thoroughly checked out and I would be updated throughout the process. In a short period of time, Lorrie Santiago came to inform me that my car was ready. Lorrie Santiago is always congenial, professional and laser focused on the task at hand. Lorrie’s area is highly efficient, the paperwork and fob were all ready to go. Lorrie informed me of what was completed, asked if I had any questions and personally thanked me for bringing my car to East Hills Subaru. Lorrie is very proud of this organization and it shows every time! Integrity begins at the top! Jamie Nussbaum is an extremely professional individual.His affect is always pensive yet gregarious in nature. Jamie’s attention to detail is reflected in every aspect of his Service Department. The amount of pressure with work orders, pending projects, emergency customer drop-ins could make this Service Department of “FRENETIC HOT ZONE”. However, to the contrary, Jamie’s strong but calming presence guides his ship through another day of success for his entire team. Philip Saccio and Justin Peralta are top Service Advisors. I’ve been most impressed by both of these professionals. These men take their positions most seriously. The initial intakes are thorough, the process is clearly layed out with potential cost and a clear timeline is presented. Philip Saccio and Justin Peralta assure me they are dedicated to success. The man behind the curtain where all the magic happens is Sandro! I call him the “Economist-Master Technician. Sandro always has a smile along with being extremely gifted. His videos that he takes of the work he performs are extremely informative. Sandro will always give suggestions to keep my vehicle at its peak performance. Sandro’s economic background is always integrated into his technical practice. It appears Sandro’s daily mission is to be the best “Economist-Master Technician” every day. Mission Accomplished Sandro! Finally, I have to acknowledge Jamie Nussbaum. He always takes a compliment and deflects to include his team. His conversations with me always demonstrate a pride he has of everyone on his team. I understand his pride in working with these great professionals. Dream Team at Bill Kolb Jr! (Danielle Aceto on the service desk, Chris - Technician, Alan Bass - Service Director) I brought my 2014 Subaru Forester in because I had a terrible noise, shaking from the right front wheel. The technician Chris quickly identified the problem, sent a video showing clearly how the wheel bearing was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. He continued on the video to show all the other parts of the car, complimenting the condition and pointing out anything to keep an eye on. He also told me that I would need an alignment after the new bearing was installed. Danielle on the service desk called me to go over the work and to talk about the price. Wheel bearings are expensive but in line with main dealerships. The work was done quickly. When I picked up the car I felt like the alignment was very slightly off, so I turned back to speak with Danielle and the tech. Within a few minutes Chris agreed it was slightly off, kindly took the time to explain to me how the alignment is done, why it was slightly off, made the adjustment apologized and I left very happy. It's so refreshing to do business with people that really care about their work and believe in customer service. I can't recommend Bill Kolb Jr enough.

We can't recommend Volvo of White Plains highly enough!!! Steve Zinaman was so wonderful to work with and truly went above and beyond in every sense to help us find our perfect new Volvo. He is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, lightning quick with communication, and made the entire process such a breeze, and he thoughtfully answered all of our very detailed questions. We had some very specific needs for our vehicle and Steve quickly figured out how he and the dealership could help us and looped in John, one of the General Sales Managers to ensure everything went smoothly - and they absolutely delivered. Lana, the product specialist, helped get us setup quickly and went over the car in detail to help get us up to speed with ease. Shavaune, the finance manager, was such a pleasure to work with to get the lease and details completed quickly and smoothly - and answering all our questions along the way. Monica helped coordinate and get us setup with Steve and also was great to communicate with. We've never dealt with a dealership and team as courteous as Volvo White Plains. 10/10!!!

Came in to try to get a lease paid off, and they tried to get my wife to sign a paper allowing them to renegotiate the price, despite us having a signed contract. Only when pushed for half an hour did they tell us how to pay off the lease through the bank. I will never return here

I purchased a new Crosstrek from North Coast Subaru and it was an excellent experience. This is my 14th car purchase and the best experience by far. Dominique was my sales consultant and she was great - professional, knowledgeable, highly competent and very personable. The negotiations were easy, no games or shady sales tactics, just a straightforward business transation. I also got a good price on the Crosstrek and my trade-in. The finance manager, Brandon, was also great. He did his job and offered the standard upsells but wasn't pushy or arrogant. If you are looking for a Subaru, save yourself some time and go see Dominique at North Coast Subaru. 5 out of 5 - Highly recommend.
