The lot is a mess and the show room is dingy grey atmosphere. I leased a Crosstrek from a different dealer years ago and exchanged it at Tasca during the pandemic for a Forester. All was complete via atmosphere. I leased a Crosstrek from a different dealer years ago and exchanged it at Tasca during the pandemic for a Forester. All was complete via the internet and phone. Just the pickup was in person. With the lease expiring, I tried to do the same thing. Picked the car and completed the deal virtually and only had to come by and exchange the vehicles. It took 3 hours to accomplish this when everything was agreed upon in advance. I offered every piece of information needed to get the paperwork done in advance. The service was awful and I only got any service when I became agitated and the GM got involved. My wife has had similar service at Tasca VW. If Tasca is in the name, don’t go. More
