This is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. I’m 67. I purchased my Z at this dealership. I traveled from Maine because of the ratings, the deal and the treatment I got over the phone and in person. Joe Clem, sales manager and Alexander Galo- finance and Mohammad Ramadan made the buying experience smooth and professional. I visited this dealership to have new tires put on my car and it was a headache from start to finish. Already experiencing issues with the tires and they are brand new! Also, don't bother leaving a message for the service manager because he doesn't return phone calls (this is nothing new at either Ramsey Nissan or Infiniti). Based on my experience, it's safe to say this will be my first and last time owning an Infiniti and maybe even a Nissan.
