He explained everything in detail as we went through. Once we made the deal i was sent to finance where i met with Bernard to complete all the necessary paperwork. He was very straightforward and made the process very quick. Normally i do not enjoy any visits to a car dealership but these two gents made it very easy to be there. In my case, they added: A “certification fee” of $4,500 A “documentary fee” of $995 These charges dramatically increased the final price and felt misleading. A $4,500 certification fee is especially excessive and raises serious questions about transparency. Buyers should insist on a full written out-the-door price before visiting. If pricing transparency and honesty matter to you, proceed with caution. More
