I went in looking for the Subaru forester. She gave me all the numbers i was looking for. I never felt any pressure to purchase. She was honest with me about everything. Went to so many Toyota dealer on LI and he was the most honest, I even went to another sales person at Smithtown Toyota that wasn't as honest as Lou. It took a while to get the car, however the whole time Lou was in touch with me, assuring it was coming. He never changed the price of the car, and also on the trade in from my Toyota Corolla.
