I have leased many cars from Bruce Bennett over the years, both myself and my children. On this particular visit once again I found the staff extremely helpful patient kind and locked into my needs. Marlon was my sales person and did everything he could to put me in the right vehicle to match my needs and budget. Alice went over and above to put together a good financial package for me , explaining everything carefully and Tina at front reception did everything she could to get me out of there in a timely fashion with new license plates and everything in order with Dmv. Everyone was extremely friendly, leaving me feeling very at ease during what could’ve been a stressful situation for me Never once did I feel they were rushing for my business or pressuring me into something that was not suitable for me. I have always gone there for service for my vehicles over the years and it’s their efficiency, great communication and overall pleasant environment that keeps bringing me back.

I could not give enough thanks to Celle. My husband wanted a new car and even though I had no intentions of saying yes, last night I picked up my new Rogue. Two weeks ago, after driving by another dealership, we stopped just to look and had a horrendous experience, and I was against even looking at anything. This weekend we went to Middletown Nissan and met Celle, who was understanding and very helpful. This is my second car from Middletown Nissan and we have purchased 4 from Port Jervis Jeep/ Dodge. As long as we are in NY, we will only get our vehicles from MN or PJJD. Celle is a great person and a wonder asset to the group. And I have to give thanks to Jason in finance who was cheerful and made me laugh.

What a horrible experience so please enjoy the read. They have attempted to remove my reviews so they can pretend they are a great dealership and stand behind the sale and customer satisfaction. Well here are some screen shots where you can see that they knowingly sold a car with damage, lied about it, didn't disclose it was a theft recovery, mechanical issues as you can see from the lights on the dash, vehicle arrived with over 100 extra miles on it from when I purchased it to transport picking it up from them and more! My 2024 Nissan GTR was purchased through Hoffman Nissan with Gus as my point of contact. Rest assured he will take great care of you lol "hiding the damage and playing the I didn't know card" very well. Vehicle arrived with damage in all locations listed on the transport pick up sheet before it even arrived to me with 100 additional miles on it at pick up. Damaged components, alignment off, rims all had damage , mismatched tires (advised by Nissan not recommended as it can cause transmission issues) what do you know .... needs a transmission!!! (diagnosed by a local Nissan dealer!!) Said it was an issue prior to me owning the vehicle as diagnostic reports show it! They are liars and thieves and I have all the proof I need to take action. I have tried to contact Gus Loukus who has some how disappeared and does not answer phone calls, text or emails anymore after he made his money on the sale and Micheal Lapointe is no better! They both know what they did and how they lied and hid the damage and sold it to someone out of state to make the deal happen. Not only that they never reported by issues since August/ September of last year to the warranty claims department and let their guaranteed satisfaction warranty expire and not make a claim. A real clown show you have at this dealership and unfortunately with multiple attempts to have them stand up and resolve the problem they choose to run and hide instead of standing behind the sale and their brand. It is sad that a consumer has to get legal involved to have their vehicle repaired to the condition they were told it was in. I have attached screen shots showing that management wants to know what I want ......and my simple answer was the items not disclosed as damaged or having issues repaired or replaced. To then be ghosted and just ignored. It's sad you have to threaten with legal or social media exposure for a company to do the right thing anymore! Guess matters have to be taken to another level and I will make sure not only that this gets resolved but that no other consumer has to suffer and buy hidden garbage from your dealership! If you decide you would like to step up Hoffman and replace the parts on the vehicle you sold me with hidden damage you know where to find me. BTW it needs a transmission as well. If legal takes this claim over your bill goes up quite a bit and I won't go away. So why don't you make the right decision and take care of your customer. Step up and do the right thing. I will make it my life's mission to make sure I keep all social media options informed of this as well as potential customers thinking twice about spending a dollar with you.

My husband and I decided we wanted to keep our 3 yrs leased car instead of re-leasing another car we love our car. At that time we also purchased a service agreement for $269.00.The only option we had was to finance it. The staff was very helpful all thru this. I asked the dealer if the some warranty would be included with this. He said yes. But as I was looking at my sale receipt I noticed we were charged, for "prepaid Maintenance Agreement of $1,295.00, Then on Nov. 1 I had the car serviced for milage and it cost be $612.31 out of pocket. Please let me know why this service was not included in the $1,295 service agreement. Looking forward for someone to clarify this. Thank you.

These people are crooks, they will call you and make false promises over the phone, get you to go in on the promise "they will get it done". Once there they run your credit a whole bunch of times, then send you on your way with the i will call you as soon as we get an approval xx then never get back, and if they do all they say is, we are still working on it. The internet price says one price and when you get to the store its a whole different price, and when you ask about it, they delete the car from the website or make up a story that the vehicle is not available etc. One guy spwcifically name starts with a V is a con artist, introducing himself as a "manager" when hes just a sales associate which i confirmed with another dealership that knows him well, be careful and pay attention to their scams, they vehicle i was looking at is 4k cheaper 30 minutes north of waterbury..you do the math..is also a Nissan dealership in my opinion way more professional.

I want to applaud the Service Manager at Nissan of Yorktown Heights! His name Chris Risnes. He has only been there about 6 months. Although the business is about cars, he is about the people! I believe with his leadership, and modeling excellent customer service, this very low non- rating by the BBB, will not only improve, but excel. Chris went above and beyond to resolve a serious issue I had with my Nissan. I did not have transportation to the service department, and my car had the kind of problem that was a true safety issue. Chris did not delay, put off, make excuses, try to upsell, he went out of his way, came to where I live, left his car and took my car to the service department to be fixed. It took a day longer than he thought it might to get the part. He called me and let me know as soon as he knew. He called me the next day also to share an update. And he called when he was on his way back with my car. Elizabeth, who was at the service desk and took my call, also showed exemplary customer service ... she did not try and "get rid of me', listened to my story, and immediately went and talked to Chris, explained my story and he returned my call within a half hour. Both Chris and Elizabeth made me feel like they would find a solution, no matter what... not more obstacles. If your experince in the service department has felt lacking, prior to 6 months ago, please at least give those two folks a shot... they made all the difference in my experience as a customer needing assistance!

I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.
